Installation Instructions: 1. The lock is set by default for right-hand doors. If the customer's door is left-handed. please follow the instruction manual after installation to adjust the lock settings to fit a left-hand door. 2. During installation. avoid over-tightening the screws. as this may prevent the motor from driving the lock properly. 3. If the connection cable is not installed correctly. it may loosen during use. causing power loss or cable damage. which can stop the lock from working. 4. During the installation process. be sure to watch the setup video to avoid malfunctions caused by incorrect settings.

What door does this handle set fit?
Standard exterior front doors. Requirements: cross bore 1-1/2" (38mm) or 2-1/8" (54mm). backset 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm). door thickness 1-3/8" (35mm) to 2" (50mm). Works with left-handed or right-handed doors.
Can it be used without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Fingerprint. PIN code. and physical keys all work offline. You only lose remote app control and activity logs when Wi-Fi drops. The lock itself works perfectly.
What batteries does this lock use? How long do they last?
A: Only AA alkaline batteries. Look for "LR6" or " AA alkaline" on the label. Battery life is 6-8 months depending on usage frequency. If batteries die completely. use the included mechanical keys to unlock.
